Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our Toronto, Canada location. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

United States: Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Local Toronto Area: Expedited same-week delivery may be available for nearby orders—please contact us for details.

Packaging
Your hot sauces are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All bottles are carefully wrapped and boxed for safe transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit.
Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders Only)
Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted for items damaged in transit or incorrect orders.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging for exchanges or returns, unless damaged during shipping.
How to Return or Exchange

Email us at orders@mercimonamidressing.ca with your order number, item(s) affected, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will provide instructions for returning the product or arranging an exchange.

Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will process your replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, we will ship your replacement as soon as the return is received, or in some cases, we may ship the replacement immediately and request the damaged product be returned afterward.
